The Seller is obligated to ship the Goods to the Buyer using a door-to-door courier service. Upon handing over the Goods to the courier company with which they collaborate, the Seller is released from the risks and responsibilities associated with the Goods. The Seller will ensure proper packaging of the Goods and the transmission of accompanying documents.

The Seller will deliver the Goods within the territory of Romania.

The shop offers the following delivery methods:

1. Delivery in Târgu Mureș and surrounding areas for orders of minimum 100 RON, within a maximum of 48 hours from placing the order (delivery in up to 2 days).

• For orders between 0 and 200 RON - delivery fee is 20 RON.
• Free delivery for orders over 200 RON.

1. Courier Service: Delivery within 1-4 days. The shipping cost is displayed at Checkout and may vary between 20 and 40 RON depending on the final weight of your order.

IMPORTANT: The displayed shipping cost is informative and may change. The client of the webshop will be notified of any changes to the shipping cost before the parcel is sent.

IMPORTANT: In December, being a month when courier companies are very busy, there may be slight delays (between 1 and 3 days).

IMPORTANT: For orders outside the coverage area of the courier company, an additional shipping fee of between 15 and 50 RON may apply (depending on the number of additional kilometers).

Order Acceptance and Return of Goods

Acceptance will be made when the Goods are in accordance with the Specifications mentioned in the Order. If the Buyer finds that the delivered Goods do not conform to the Specifications, the Seller will bring the Goods into compliance. Furthermore, for products sold and delivered by the Seller through the online store, the Buyer has the right to return the Goods within 30 days.

The Seller accepts the return of any Goods, provided that the returned Goods are not damaged, show no signs of use, and are returned in their original, undamaged packaging, with all included documents. If the product has damaged packaging or no packaging, the product can no longer be returned. If you wish to return a product, you must send us a notification via email.

Return shipping costs will be fully borne by the Buyer, and the refund for the product will be made within 30 days of receiving the Goods.

Returns

For orders paid by card, the amount will be refunded to the same card used for the transaction within a maximum of 30 days from the acceptance of the return. For orders paid cash on delivery to the courier company or through the Seller’s own delivery service, the Buyer will be contacted by phone or email to provide a bank account for the deposit of the returned order amount or the money can be returned in cash in person at the Seller's premises.
